Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • We aim to process all orders within 12-24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • Orders placed during weekends or official Egyptian holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing means: payment verified packaging prepared hand-off to courier.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We deliver across Egypt through our trusted courier partners Aramex:

  • Cairo & Giza (including Greater Cairo area): expected delivery within 24–48 hours from dispatch.
  • Alexandria and Delta governorates: expected within 2–3 business days.
  • Other Egyptian governorates (including Upper Egypt & remote regions): expected within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, traffic, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping: 140 EGP for one sensor — free shipping on two or more sensors.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional COD fee of 60 EGP applies (courier’s extra charge).
  • Shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in Egypt, limited to Cairo and Giza only
  • All other governorates, full payment is required in advance before shipping the order.
  • Customer must have reachable mobile number; courier will call before delivery.
  • Customer is required to pay the exact amount presented (or equivalent) at time of delivery.
  • If COD is refused at delivery, the order may be returned to us and standard return fees/conditions apply.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email update with your tracking number and link.
  • You can track delivery status via the courier’s tracking portal.
  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 24 hours of order processed, please contact our customer support.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please make sure your delivery address, full name, and phone number are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries caused by incorrect/incomplete address or wrong phone number.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or un-reachable recipient (after 2-3 delivery attempts), the customer is responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our product is a medical device (single-use sensor), the following applies:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used or unsealed.
  • We will only accept a return or replacement if: the product arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery via {support@linxcgmeg.com}, with photos of packaging and condition.
  • Once approved, the return process will be handled under our “Returns Policy”.

8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • For shipments that are lost in transit or show clear damage on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf to investigate and expedite a replacement if applicable.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times under circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, remote area logistics).

9. International / Outside Egypt

  • At present, we ship only within Egypt.
  • For any other regions, please contact us for special arrangements and shipping fee quotation.

  • Because the product is a medical device, we must ensure: proper packaging, traceability, handling of sensitive items.
