Refund policy
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to request cancellation or return of eligible purchases within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
If an order includes multiple items delivered separately, the return period begins on the day following receipt of the final item.
Due to the personal-use nature of medical devices, all returned products must be received by the company within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the submitted request, this policy applies to all products provided by the company,
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order up to two (2) days before receiving confirmation that the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once the shipment status shows “Collected by the shipping company”, order cancellation and refunds are no longer permitted.
Return Conditions & Refund Eligibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any non-standard delivery fees previously applied.
To qualify for a refund, all returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and not installed
- No physical damage or signs of use
- Original packaging, seals, and labels must be fully intact
- Products must be within their approved expiration date
After inspection and confirmation that all conditions are met, eligible refunds — excluding delivery fees — will be processed within fourteen (14) days from the date the returned items are received.

Important Notes
- Refund amounts may be reduced if the product’s value has decreased due to unnecessary handling.
- If an order contains both sealed and opened products, refunds will apply to sealed items only.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no administrative fees applied.
- Opened medical devices cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the shipment has been collected by the courier.
Product Replacement & After-Sales Support
If any technical issues occur with the products, including but not limited to:
- Sensor lifespan loss
- Connectivity issues
- Device malfunction
The issue must be reported immediately after detection so it can be evaluated by the technical support team "support@linxcgmeg.com"
Following technical assessment and where applicable, replacement components may be provided with the customer’s next order, subject to verification and usage review.
Damaged Products
Damaged products may be eligible for replacement or refund only if reported within four (4) days from the delivery date, with clear documentation of the product condition upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper use
